- Greater Productivity is provided by the 4000D-X Trailer’s full 101 ¼” of inside width from lining to lining. Its full 101” from wearband to wearband provides 4085 cubic feet of productivity.
- Greater Versatility has been achieved through deeper side posts providing increased stiffness for “bulge” loads. Galvanized, high strength, interior lining panels provide a snag resistant surface.
- Added Durability through 80,000 psi lining panels, “Squeeze” riveted to both the outer skin and side posts forming a snag free, high strength sandwich panel with fully recessed fasteners that won’t work loose.
- Rugged Galvanized 80,000 psi steel sideposts are designed for maximum strength and torture track tested. The Type “A” logistic slots, on 8” or 12” centers, add versatility for cargo securement.
- The 10” High Galvanized Steel Wearband, again using the 80,000 psi steel, is low profile, high tensile, adding impact protection, strength and stiffness.
- Stainless Steel Rear Door Frame and Threshold Plate integration will reduce dock impact damage and lowers life cycle costs.
